    Trusted When It Matters Most

Bio-One is called in during moments most people never expect to face sudden loss, traumatic events, severe biohazards, or overwhelming property conditions. In those situations, you need more than cleanup. You need a team that understands the emotional weight of the moment and the technical responsibility of doing the work correctly.

We approach every scene with urgency, discretion, and respect. Our mission, "Help First, Business Second," guides how we respond, communicate, and care for the people we serve. From the first call through final verification, we stay focused on restoring safety and giving you the clarity to move forward—especially when dealing with situations that require professional biohazard cleanup.

    National Standards.Local Ownership.

Every Bio-One location is locally owned and operated by someone who lives and works in the community they serve. These are business owners who have chosen to step into difficult situations and provide help when it’s needed most.

While each owner is rooted locally, they are backed by national training, safety protocols, and consistent operational standards across the Bio-One network. That means you receive the personal care of a neighbor supported by the experience and structure of a nationwide organization.

We believe trust is built face-to-face. And when your local Bio-One team arrives, they come not just as technicians, but as professionals committed to helping members of their own community move forward safely and with dignity.

Bio-One franchise owners do not choose this work by accident. They step into it because they feel called to help people during moments most others would avoid.

The situations we respond to are often heavy, emotional, and deeply personal. That is precisely why our owners are committed to the mission of Help First, Business Second.

For many, the motivation is both professional and deeply personal, a desire to serve their communities in meaningful ways, to restore safety where it has been lost, and to provide steady support when families feel overwhelmed.

This work requires technical skill, but it is driven by compassion. At its core, Bio-One exists because our owners believe that showing up for people in their hardest moments matters.

Reaching out is often the hardest part. When you call Bio-One, a trained professional answers and starts by listening. We ask a few simple questions to understand what’s happening, your concerns, and what you need most right now.

We explain what to expect next and answer any questions we can over the phone. For many people, this includes understanding how to respond after a traumatic loss. In some cases, photos may help us better understand the situation, but an in-person assessment allows us to fully evaluate the space.

After assessing the property, we document what’s needed and create a clear plan tailored to your situation so you can move forward with confidence and without added stress.

Discretion is not optional in our work; it’s essential.

Every Bio-One team operates with a strict commitment to confidentiality and respect. We understand that the situations we respond to are deeply personal, and protecting your privacy is just as important as restoring the space itself.

Our vehicles are unmarked, and we take deliberate steps to minimize attention during arrival and setup. Whenever possible, we use private entry points and prepare equipment discreetly. We do not discuss your situation with neighbors, bystanders, or anyone outside the authorized parties involved.

From your first call to final completion, your story, your property, and your privacy remain protected.

That’s our standard everywhere we serve.

Bio-One is called to respond to situations that require far more than standard cleaning can provide. Trauma scenes, unattended deaths, blood and bodily fluid contamination, hoarding environments, infectious disease exposure, and regulated medical waste all involve biohazards that must be handled according to strict safety protocols. These environments often contain unseen risks, including bloodborne pathogens and structural contamination, that ordinary cleaning services are neither trained nor equipped to manage.

Our teams use specialized protective equipment, industry-approved remediation methods, and proper disposal procedures to ensure the space is thoroughly decontaminated, not just visually cleaned, but made safe for reentry

At Bio-One, cleanup is never based solely on appearance. Every remediation follows established safety protocols and is completed to defined standards.

Before a project is considered finished, we conduct verification procedures to confirm that affected areas have been properly cleaned and decontaminated. If testing or inspection indicates further attention is needed, we address it immediately. We do not move forward until the space meets our internal safety benchmarks.

In certain situations, we apply advanced disinfection methods, including full-area treatments that address surfaces, structural materials, and airspace, to ensure comprehensive remediation.

When appropriate, we also conduct a final walkthrough with the property owner or responsible party. We review the work together to ensure clarity and confidence in the outcome. If questions arise or something requires further attention, we resolve it.

Our responsibility does not end when equipment is packed away; it ends when the space is properly remediated, and you feel confident moving forward.

Here to Help, Not to Judge

Compassion is part of our standard, not an exception.

The situations that bring people to Bio-One are often deeply personal. They may involve loss, mental health struggles, overwhelming living conditions, or unexpected trauma. Whatever the circumstance, our role is not to evaluate but to support.

Our teams arrive prepared, trained, and fully present. We understand that every property represents someone’s story, and every client deserves to be treated with dignity.

    What You Can Expect

    • Respect in every interaction. We approach each situation with professionalism and discretion.
    • No assumptions. No judgment. Every circumstance is handled with understanding.
    • Clear communication and steady guidance. You are never left wondering what comes next.
    • Compassion backed by action. We focus on practical solutions that help you move forward safely.

At Bio-One, help comes first. Always.

Bio One was excellent in completing the work at my sister's house. First, the work was completed on time and thorough. Second, Bio-One provided excellent customer service and was responsive to my needs and my sister's needs. Third, Bio One was attentative and treated my sister with high esteem as she had a medical issue while Bio One was at her house and provided care to another person. I thank Bio One for what they do and who they are!

Wow wow wow! Bio One went above and beyond to help in a very difficult time of need. I found their info online and reached out to Frank first thing in the morning. By that afternoon, he had someone come out to complete the clean up job we needed. The customer service was 10/10, and Easton's work was even better ! We were truly blown away by the effort that was put in. The space looks brand new! Thank you so much to Frank and Easton!

Had a bit of a residential biohazard emergency. Ended up having a freezer malfunction that contained a lot of meat. Frank and his team were quick to come out faster than anyone could imagine. They were friendly, courteous, and personable. Anyone needing waste, bulk trash, biohazardous materials, general hazardous materials, or anything. I recommend calling Bio One first. If they can't solve it I have confidence they would be able to at least find someone who can. Unlike other companies, they care.

Finally, I am able to give a review. I accidentally called Erik up early this morning. He did a great job, and the place smells so clean because of what he did; it encourages me to clean it up more, so thank you very much Erik; I'm sorry--embarrassed about the late night call. Lucas and his company are phenomenal! I reached out due to a mouse infestation during the winter for my seasonal home. I was concerned about the hantavirus. He called me immediately with a plan, described everything that would be done. He then came to my house to assess the situation and went through each room, and described in detail what he would do to sanitize where the mice had left their droppings. Lucas then came back, working his sanitizing magic, left my house spotless! I would never know there had been a mice problem! thank you Lucas for having this amazing service. I highly recommend Bio One.

    Frequently asked questions

I’m not sure if my situation qualifies as a biohazard. Should I still call?
Yes. Even if you’re unsure, calling allows us to guide you. We can help determine whether professional remediation is needed and clearly explain your options.
Is this something I can clean myself?
In most biohazard situations, DIY cleanup is not recommended. Blood, bodily fluids, decomposition, and other contaminants can carry serious health risks. Proper remediation requires specialized training, protective equipment, and disposal procedures to ensure the area is truly safe.
    How quickly can you respond?
Bio-One operates 24/7. In many cases, we can mobilize quickly after your call. Emergency situations are prioritized to help reduce further risk and emotional stress.
    Will this be kept private?
Yes. Discretion is a core part of our service. Our vehicles are unmarked, and we take deliberate steps to protect your privacy throughout the entire process.
Do I need to be present during the cleanup?
If possible, we prefer to speak with the property owner or decision-maker during the initial walkthrough. However, if you cannot be present, we can coordinate remotely and keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you work with insurance companies?
In many situations, homeowner’s or property insurance may provide coverage. We assist with documentation and can help coordinate directly with insurance providers when applicable.
    How much does this cost?
Costs vary depending on the scope, size, and complexity of the situation. We provide a clear, no-obligation estimate after assessing the property so you understand the plan and pricing before work begins.
What happens during the cleanup process?
Our technicians contain affected areas, remove hazardous materials, clean and disinfect according to industry standards, and verify that the space is safe before completion. We communicate clearly throughout the process.
How do you know when the space is safe again?
We follow defined remediation protocols and conduct verification procedures before considering a project complete. If additional cleaning is required, we address it immediately.
What types of situations do you handle?
Bio-One responds to suicide cleanup, unattended deaths, crime scenes, blood spills, hoarding conditions, medical waste, odor remediation, and other biohazard-related situations.
