My family needed their services. They were absolutely amazing in every stage of the process. We also contacted ServPro to compare costs-they did not respond. In the meantime, Bio-One came onboard and accomplished the job less than 5 days of providing the quote. We still have yet to hear from ServPro. This crew is compassionate polite, professional and also took the time to make heart warming personal placements of knick knacks found throughout the house during their work. They nailed it.

After my father-in-law passed away, we were left with the daunting job of cleaning out his house and yard, both full of a lifetime of accumulated things. We met with John, one of the owners of Bio-One, and he immediately put our minds at ease. They were able to remove all items and clean the house so it was move-in ready in just 2 days. Not only were they very efficient and thorough, but every member of their team was extremely considerate and respectful. I can not say enough good things about them! They arrived on time, reviewed what they would be doing. They were organized, worked quickly and efficiently. They would check with me before removing items to the toss, donate pile. After cleaning and disinfecting our garage, they replaced items in an organized fashion. Our garage has never seen such a state of organization since we moved into our home 18 years ago. Ruth and Bree were incredible throughout the process!!! We had a hoarding situation that had gotten way out of hand. The home was uninhabitable due to massive damage from animals as well. BioOne quickly became our top choice as we got estimates and communicated with several companies. They were quick in all responses, continued to check up on our decision making process. I can't say enough positive of how great our experience was with them. They set expectations clearly and never left us to guess about anything. They worked tirelessly for 4 days straight on the project until it was a thousand times better than before. I can't say enough good about how great this company was.
