We had a tragic accident and Chris was very empathetic to our needs and showed up the same day to get our home back in order so we could move back in. Bio-One Detroit West is the best in the business, 5 star all the way! We hired them to clean up a family member’s condo. We were overwhelmed with the condition and contents in the condo which ended up being a cross between hoarding and biohazard. The owner Chris was very prompt with a return call and got the job started right away. Chris has a very kind and compassionate demeanor which makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet him. His communication skills are excellent, and was able to put our anxiety over the situation to rest. Everything from communication, attention to detail, and the hands-on work were top notch. Job completion was amazingly fast. The place looked like new when they were done, which far exceeded our expectations. The work crew, Warren, Matt, and Tyler were extremely professional, hardworking, and dedicated to completing the job with perfection. I can’t say enough about their work ethic and professionalism. Such compassionate young men. Warren was excellent at overseeing the active work and ensuring that everything was perfect. All three workers were A+. This company is absolutely the best in the business. I would give them 10 stars if I could and would absolutely hire them again. My greatest compliments to this amazing team for a job well done.
