We have recently started working with Bio-One on a bunch of our apartments. They do an amazing job. Professionalism is just one of their great qualities. When we request service, they are very quick to fit us in their schedule. Time sensitivity is very important when it comes to some of our bio-hazard units so we appreciate the quick turnaround. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

With an upcoming move I hired Bio-One to help with a pre-move clear out. They were awesome, I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to manage the job alone, I was assured they could manage it and quickly. They were professional, quick and thorough, going well beyond expectations. We purged alot to donate or through out, they also took alot to storage and organized placement within the unit, for easy access. With their help, spring cleaning is done; I will be able to focus on the move when the time comes, and I am able to manage things in the meantime. The Bio-One crew are some of the kindest, most respectful people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. AMAZING COMPANY! I called for an estimate and walk through and Angie and her team went out within 1-2 days. Very professional and quick to respond. She did such an amazing job. The apartment she worked on resident was possibly facing eviction due to high amounts of clutter and garbage. Though Angie and her team did such an amazing job, the tenant is no longer at risk of eviction! HIGHLY recommend.

We needed a bio clean out for a condemed property that had been sitting for two years. Bio-One responded to our request and scheduled the clean out in less than a week. This was during the Christmas to New Year time. They were efficient and the place looked wonderful when completed.

Bio-one provided a first- class service on short notice in a pinch. They walked the job with me within a couple of hours of first contact and were on the job the next day (I’m sure I was lucky in that regard). Their cleaners were cheerful, flexible, and empathetic. Good folks!

I recently moved into a home that previously had a fairly substantial mouse problem, and worked with Bio-One to clean out the basement rooms that were favored by the mice, removing ceiling tiles & carpeting and disinfecting the worst areas. I contacted several similar companies in the Madison area, but Angie and David were by far the most responsive, quickly coming on site to provide a reasonable estimate. They were friendly & helpful throughout the process, and did a great job cleaning out the affected areas.

I have been very impressed by Bio-One. Before working with Bio-One, I was working with another biohazard cleanup company and did not have a good experience. The other company was taking over a month to do the job and was very difficult to communicate with. That will not be the case with Bio-One. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced for any company! All the great reviews are right, you will not regret using Bio-One!
