    Tim Ballard is the owner of Bio-One of Memphis. Tim attended the University of Oklahoma and earned degrees in Political Science and Law before entering the financial services business in the early ’90’s. After a long and successful career in the financial services industry Tim decided to bring Bio-One to the Memphis and Mid South community. It is Tim’s hope that helping people restore their homes to their original condition in a professional and compassionate manner will help our community when it needs it the most.
