During house renovations, our house was unoccupied and, due to construction holes, roof rats found a new home. After eliminating the entry points and pests, we were faced with potentially bio-hazardous rat waste, and called Bio One. The Bio One team who came out were friendly, professional, quick, efficient, and thorough. Within a day, they provided an (surprisingly very reasonable) estimate, and a day after that our issues were resolve. I'm very pleased with my experience with this company and my assigned team.

Bio-One is an excellent company. I had a very big job I needed help with. Most of the other places I called, including the city of Phoenix, really couldn't help me in a way that was necessary. There was a home that had about 25 years worth of junk inside of it that needed to be removed. In addition, there were items that need to be donated, there were materials that were hazardous, and there were also materials that had to be specially disposed of. I needed this place cleaned out on very short notice. I was only in town for a few days so somebody working quick was going to be extremely important for me. I called Chris on Saturday night around 9 o'clock and he picked up the phone. This was unusual compared to the other places that I had called. The very next day, Chris was able to come out and inspect the property. A few hours later, he provided me a reasonable quote based on the work and emailed me that afternoon. I asked him if we could get started as early as 6 o'clock in the morning that coming Tuesday and it was no problem. I showed up to the property a few minutes before 6 AM and he was already there with his team. We ran into some trouble securing the bin that was needed for disposal. However, this did not stop Chris from ensuring that some of the work was done. He had his team bring a lot of the stuff out of the house. Chris even took the stuff that needed to be donated to the Salvation Army in his own truck. Even though the truck did not show up on time, he stayed with the stuff that was outside to keep transients in other lookie-loos away from the property. There was also some trash that need to be picked up at the last moment and Chris was able to coordinate for its pickup which saved me thousands of dollars in fines. Chris was very nice, honest, and straightforward during the entire process and available to me on short notice. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted to share with anyone who is interested in working with a reputable, reliable, exceedingly professional and affordable decontamination company that Bio-One Scottsdale is a fantastic organization with which to do business. Recently my wife and I purchased a home in the North Valley that had been occupied by owners with two large pitbull's that had saturated the small backyard in both urine and feces. After consulting with Chris of Bio-One he thoroughly explained the process that his company utilizes to address situation such as mine, made professional recommendations to help save me cost, and was exceptionally communicative and flexible in working around my schedule. Prior to the day of service I had a landscaping company assist with gutting the backyard of all vegetation in preparation for the visit from Bio-One. Unfortunately the landscaping company had failed to remove vines that had overgrown into a neighbors property at the time that the vines were being excavated. When Chris arrived at my home to perform the service I had not yet arrived and he was confronted by my neighbor who was concerned about the vines on their side of the wall that had not been removed. Chris took it upon himself to remove the vines with my assistance once I arrived and went above and beyond when he bagged up the debris and placed it in my backyard for easy removal. He did all of this while still performing an excellent service to decontaminate and deodorize the soil in our new backyard. Chris and Bio-One now have a customer for life and one who will go to bat on their behalf as an excellent service provider who goes above and beyond for their customers. Simply exceptional.

We had the unfortunate need of Bio-One SC’s services for a suicide cleanup. They were there within an hour of me calling and did a fantastic job! They were very kind, gracious, and considerate of our situation and made every attempt to make this as pleasant as could be in a situation such as this. The insurance claim took way longer than expected and Kris was very patient and did not pressure me at all for payment which was very much appreciated. When he says, Helping 1st, Business 2nd, he truly means it! I pray that me or my family never need his services again but, if we do I wouldn’t hesitate in the least to call him again and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a very good and compassionate man who will do his very best to make what he has to do in your home as easy for you and your family as he possibly can. Thanks for everything Kris.
