Trenton Biohazard Cleanup Service 

My mother is a hoarder. I had to move her out of her home and bring her to an assisted living community in my home state. Being from out of state, I didn't know where or who to turn to. My family and friends have never dealt with something like this before, so I was on my own to figure it out. I started searching for hormarding companies and found these guys. Over the course of 5 days, the filled FIVE 30 cubic yard dumpsters with the remnants of my mother's hoarding life. Alongthe way, they found and preserved everyphotograph, piece of jewelry, and piece of mail or memorabilia that they could find. The crew was kind, caring and compassionate. They made it their mission to help me retrieve the memories I had from childhood, as well as all financial documentation I needed to get my mother's estate in order. The found old family albums, death and birth certificates, letters between my parents, and thousands of memories. I will be forever grateful and indebted to Randall, Mark, Charity and others for their professionalism, thoroughness, care and compassion. If you're dealing with a hoarding situation, you need a company that's not just going to throw things out. Anyone can do that. Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized ! Words cannot adequately express how amazed I am with the transformation of a family member's home, thanks to Mark, Charity and the rest of the talented crew at Bio-One of Trenton. For privacy concerns, I will withhold the details about how unlivable conditions were. Part of me thought the home would have to be condemned or completely gutted. I hoped for the best, but deep down, feared the worst. After consulting with a few service providers, I found Mark to be the most down to earth, honest, frank, and most compassionate. He provided daily updates, along with pictures. Each day, I was more and more in awe of how the house I remembered from years ago was returning to it's former condition. When all was said and done, I was almost in tears to see that the home was in the best condition that it could ever be in. It'll never be in it's original condition, just because the damage was too extensive. But it's better than I could have ever imagined and is livable again. My expectations were FAR exceeded.
