I contacted Bio one DC to come clean my elderly father’s house due to an infestation of mice. I first met with Tony. He is very personable and professional. Today 5/12/22, Lawrence & Jermain came to do the job. They arrived at the designated time. They were fantastic! Very professional. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They even did the dishes. They cleaned and moved furniture. I am very satisfied and thrilled that they came and took care of the house. I absolutely recommend Bio One DC.

I had a very positive experience with Bio-One DC. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. They were extremely responsive and did an amazing job and offered to do extra tasks to help us out. While they were in the unit, they would FaceTime to ask questions to make sure they understood what we wanted and show us the progress they were making. The finished product was better than expected. I would highly recommend Bio-One DC to anyone looking for this type of cleaning service. I want to give a special shout out to Jermaine, Lawrence and Tony who made a difficult time less difficult.

I called Bio-One DC and they were able to send someone the next day to clean up my storage room. The technician called ahead to make sure I was aware when she would come. The technician did a great job cleaning the room. She spent time checking all the areas in the room. At the end, she also gave me some tips on avoiding the problem in the future.

We recently needed to clear and clean a condo that had been subjected to a couple of decades' worth of clutter and neglect. In order to accommodate the occupant, we needed to be able to break the task down into two or more sessions rather than address it all at once. After vetting multiple companies we hired BioOne. Tony, the owner, worked with us on a plan and estimate that allowed us to efficiently tackle the worst issues in two full days. The crew--Chad, Jermaine, Quinn, and Mason--worked hard and accomplished a great deal in terms of removal, grouping remaining items, and initial cleaning. When we mentioned to Tony that some of the planned deep cleaning had not been completed due to time constraints, he arranged to send a cleaning crew out on Day 3. Shannon and LaKeisha did excellent work and left the place in a condition that exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the services we received from BioOne and felt they were professional, responsive, efficient, and frankly delivered a better value than other companies we priced for the job. We would recommend them to anyone in the DMV who needs to address a severely cluttered property.

When I found dead mice and mouse droppings in my garage, I had no idea who to call or where to begin to clean it up. Tony was incredibly helpful when he came by to take a look. His team came a couple of days later and carefully disinfected my boxes and moved them into a storage unit. They did a thorough cleaning of my garage all within a day. I highly recommend these folks for those jobs that you can't just hire a maid service for.
