Cindy is a retired Captain with 23 years of dedicated service in the Prince George’s County Police Department. Her time in law enforcement, dealing with the public, often in highly traumatic situations, greatly benefits them as they serve the community through Bio-One. She had the privilege of being a founding member of the department’s LGBTQ outreach team, where she worked to foster inclusivity and build trust between the police and the LGBTQ community. She shares her life with her amazing wife, Cate, who is a nurse practitioner working in a busy ER in Baltimore, and their 10-year-old daughter, Reece.
Nina is a professional photographer, entrepreneur and owner of Nina K Photography for over 15 years. Her photography career also led to a career in real estate serving the Maryland area. She and her husband are parents to three amazing girls.
