Juan Acuna is the owner of Bio-One of Fort Worth. Juan grew up in El Paso, Texas, and formerly worked as a Border Patrol Agent.
He attended Central College in McPherson, Kansas, and received an Associate's in Missions/Aviation.
His years of experience and expertise are evident when he and his team help restore a client's property to its original condition, all while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor.
He has a true passion for helping others and serving the community. Juan and his wife, Heidi, have seven children and are active members of Gateway Church in Southlake.
Just was notified that my review was not visible outside of internal, so wanted to re-share this review for other potential customers to see. "OMG, I cannot even begin to describe the level of work Juan and his crew did. The state of my mom's apartment was unlivable and she was transitioning from independent to assisted living after having serious health complications. I had been looking for a service that would not only remove the trash and garbage she had collected but also to clean and sanitize the apartment in preparation for move out inspection and after lots of unfruitful searching, I found Bio-One. I had no idea such a turn-key option existed. Juan and his team are a life-saver. In one day, Juan came and assessed the state of the apartment, gave an estimate, then arranged for his team to begin the work later that day. After about 6 hours, not only had they completely removed all the garbage in the apartment, the cleaning they did after made the apartment look brand new and (I'm sure) as it had the day my mom moved in. Absolutely amazing and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. I would highly, highly and without hesitation recommend them to anyone that finds themselves in these unfortunate situations. In particular, I live out of town and was able to coordinate with Juan everything needed so I could come up for one weekend and get everything needed knocked out. Not only do they do excellent work, they are nice and respectful of the situation. Truly took what was a harrowing experience and made it very manageable and provided an immense sense of relief. I had a problem with a seldom used building having evidence of rodents. I had no idea where to look for remediation, but a friend in another state suggested Bio-One. She had used them and was very happy with the results. I looked and there was a Bio-One in my area near Fort Worth. I called and talked to Juan and decided before calling anyone else to use his services. I could not be more pleased at the job he and his assistant Scott did. They put in many hours fogging, wiping down everything with disinfectants, as well as cleaning the carpets and furniture. After the job was finished, Juan took me around every room and showed me where the problem areas had been and what they did with each. It looked and smelled so clean. He also filled the holes in the sheetrock where the mice had gained entry. I can recommend Bio-One and Juan with no hesitation. I know that anyone who uses this service will be well pleased.

ABSOLUTELY a VALUABLE service!!! Our storage unit was invaded by 🐀 and Bio-One handled it professionally and compassionately! They came right out to do an assessment and estimate, stayed true to the reasonable estimate and did an amazing job.
