Elizabeth Lipp
Owner
With a deep passion for service and a strong commitment to making a difference, I dedicate my time and energy to supporting people in my community. I’m proud to volunteer with CASA of Larimer County, advocating for children in the court system, and I’m actively involved as a Girl Scout volunteer, helping guide and empower the next generation of young leaders. For many years, I’ve also volunteered at Hearts and Horses in Loveland, CO, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting therapeutic riding programs that enrich lives through the power of horses.
Before shifting my focus to community service and personal business endeavors, I built a career as an engineer in the oilfield. That experience gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving, teamwork, and resilience—skills I now use in my efforts to help others.
Whether through volunteering or professional work, my goal has always been the same: to serve with integrity, compassion, and a desire to create meaningful, positive change.
Elizabeth with Bio-One is the best person to call when you need a difficult situation cleaned, especially if it involves biohazard. She was both compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She understood what was needed for the homeowners insurance, worked with them to make everything as easy as possible for us, and was even able to refer us to an excellent contractor that we used for some necessary repairs to the home.
