After struggling to get someone to help us clean out a cluttered home, Mark was referred to us by a satisfied customer. He was very responsive and was able to come right out and give us a quote. Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized ! I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you.
