Patricia handled the cleanup of my house with efficiency, transparency and sensitivity. She was very understanding of the financial situation I was in prior to payment, and went out of her way to make sure I didn't feel pressured to pay when I didn't yet have the funds. She did a wonderful job on the house, and I would recommend her services to anyone who would need them.

I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue. They were very professional and accommodating and supportive during the process and for the most part took care of everything that we were dealing with. I recommend them for any cleaning needs! Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized ! I would use them again in a second but hoping we never have too again but we'll see. Thanks Mark and Bio-One team!

Tony and the Bio-One of DC team are simply the best. Shoutout to Jermaine, DeAndre, and company. Under duress, I contacted Tony in the morning and he got my job scheduled for that very afternoon!
